Health & Safety Grant for Prospective Family Based Providers

If you have successfully completed the Health and Safety Class at Child Care Resource Network you may be eligible for a Health & Safety Grant. We will provide you with up to one hour of program support to ensure that your environment is compliant with NYS health and safety regulations and is developmentally appropriate for the age of the children to be enrolled.  This grant will offer up to $200 in health and safety items that will consist of, but not be limited to: cribs, cots, mats, high chairs, strollers or table and chair sets.  For more information contact us.

Health & Safety Grant for Renewing Regulated Family Based Providers

The purpose of this grant is to support existing providers in the field by adding or replacing health and safety equipment to ensure that the provider’s environment continues to be compliant with NYS health and safety regulations and is developmentally appropriate for the age of the children enrolled.  If you are actively completing the renewal process you may be eligible for up to $200 in health and safety items to meet your program needs.  For more information contact us.

Health & Safety Grant for Legally Exempt Providers

The purpose of this grant is to support legally exempt child care providers to comply   with the New York State Office of Children and Family Services Legally Exempt Child Care Health and Safety Requirements.  The grant consists of, but is not limited to, a portable first aid kit, electrical outlet covers and a smoke detector.  If you are an enrolled legally exempt child care provider and are in need of the health and safety items offered, you may be eligible to receive this grant.  For more information contact us.
